A little girly help needed

Since you all know I'm going quite far from home and I will have the possibility to get a perfume for a special sale only here (mum knows the right people who reduce the prices hehe!), I was wondering if you could give me some suggestions!

I want to get something fresh (maybe even with a kind of tropic aroma). Now I'm using Jennifer Lopez' perfume Live, though it's not quite long lasting.

So, maybe you could suggest any brands that I would like? I'll be going to the mall to try perfumes anyway, but maybe you know anything that smells special :)? Like I said, I'd like to get something fresh.

Moon esclipse photos

I guess this was seen only to Europeans, but yesterday was an unusual moon eclipse. I've tryed to make pictures of it using my dad's cam. Since it was literally the third time I was holidng a camera the photos didn't end up being too good, but I wanted to share them anyway! I also took a few pictures of the day and night view out of the window. These photos ended up being quite interesting.

Apparently the camera was seeing something I didn't. Behind the cut you'll find out why.

The 4 moons - somehow the original moon got a few colones :). In any case the reddish shadow is visible enough, though the photo is lousy.

Originally Liv Tyler's character Arwen (and love interest for Aragorn) was to be included in the fighting force of Elves who join the men in the battle of Helms Deep. Later we see Jake carrying an apparently dead Melanie into the tent where the "reception" is taking place. As everyone gasps in shock and dismay, Jake says "Melanie Charmichael is dead," pauses several seconds for effect, then says "long live Felony Melanie," at which point Melanie pops up to the assembled crowd's delight and relief.

Schindler's list
Steven Spielberg was not paid for this film. He refused to accept a salary citing that it would be "blood money". At his insistence, all royalties and residuals from this film that would normally have gone to director Steven Spielberg instead are given to the Shoah Foundation, which records and preserves written and videotaped testimonies from survivors of genocide worldwide, including the Holocaust.
I never knew that, but well... That's just yet another good reason to like Spielberd for.

Holiday wishes

Step One

* I finally saw my grandmother's new pup yesterday, and it's gorgeous! Most adorable creature ever - a mix of toy terrier and chin. Big eyes, bat-like ears... Cute!
* A friend of mines just called. I haven't seen the girl for about... hm... 7 years I think!
* I got tagged :). Did this meme a bunch of times, but I'll do it all again. For the pleasure of doing memes, MEMEMEMEME! *mad giggle*

01. I hate insects, so I don't really like staying outside somewhere in the countryside for two long because I freak out seeing all the flying or crawling nastiness.
02. I go while when I don't have anything to do. Just anything.
03. I don't like babies, they annoy me too much, so I prefer to stay away from mamas if it is possible.
04. When I have a bath I prefer the water to be extra-hot. I may be feeling a bit unwell afterwards - I mean standing by an open window trying to breath some fresh air after the steamy bathroom, but anyway - that's just me.
05. I loved the extreme since I was little. When we were about to cross the street I asked my grandfather to cross it with me when the red light was on ;). That was fun.
06. I have a bad memory of dates, and sometimes of faces.
07. I like saving money and sometimes I do it without even knowing. It's always a surprise to find out one day that you have more than enough to go to cinema a couple of times or buy a book. I just put all the coins and small change into the piggy-bank too often.
08. Extreme again - I always like friending vagabond dogs who are, most of the time, considered to be dangerous *giggles*. What can I do? I love dogs more than human babies :)
